At 550m height at the foot of the Pic du Midi de Bigorre. Access: Lourdes Airport, Pau, SNCF translation Tarbes.

To work with professionals of the orchestra and internationally acclaimed soloists.
Deepening the experience of orchestral playing and repertoire under the direction of a highly respected conductor.
Preparation of competitions, auditions and orchestral repertoire.

The « Academy » option includes accommodation and food at lycée Victor Duruy (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Linens are provided. Once selected, it will not be possible to change the formula.
For the "Individual" option, the trainee himself is responsible for his accommodation and catering.
Whichever option chosen, all students have free access to the Festival and all concerts..
The trainees will be met on Sunday July 15th 2012 at La Halle aux Grains in Bagnères-de-Bigorre (between 2 and 6 pm).
The classes will start on Monday July 16th. The way the classes are going to be organized is under the sole responsibility of the professor. Nevertheless a minimum of 5 hours of classes will be ensured during the training session.
The orchestra training course is placed under the responsibility of Jean-Bernard Pommier who will define the organization and planning of the classes. The violinists and violoncellists, the flutists … are asked to bring a music stand. The students attending the orchestra course will have the opportunity of performing with the Symphonic Orchestra of the Pyrénées on the 21th and 27th of July 2012 within the framework of the « Piano Pic » Festival. For the concerts, please bring a black and white costume.The professor will personally select the trainees having the necessary level to participate to the György Sebök concert on the 26th of July.
The organizers decline all responsibility in case of theft of or damage to instruments or personal belongings and advise the participants to subscribe an individual insurance.
All damage done will be put to the expense of its author.
The organizers are authorized to take all necessary measures in case of emergency, medical or other.
The registration of minors will only be accepted if accompanied with an authorisation from the parents or legal representatives stating that the Academy will not be held responsible in any case.
